DAASV members and guests enjoyed a behind the scenes tour of Blue Bottle’s roastery facility as well as a sampling of single origin beans. Our private tour included a presentation about the history of the Blue Bottle Coffee Company, followed by a barista who gave us an in-depth presentation on coffee processing, roasting, and preparation, as well as a single origin coffee tasting. The session included Blue Bottle’s house-made pastries, and each attendee left with a freshly roasted bag of coffee beans.
